From thirty guests your numbers warrant exclusive or semi-private use of a space — the restaurant, the lawn and vineyard, or both. That is what makes roaming canapés, grazing stations, a running order and a bar tab possible. Food and drinks are quoted separately: choose a food package, then choose a bar tab tier.

Every package is fully customisable and quoted to your event. The individual set menu runs as four options — Vegetarian, Red Meat, Pescatarian and White Meat — and your guests can mix and match across them in any split. Paired wines in The Chef’s Table are part of that package and sit outside your bar tab. Send us your date, guest numbers and the occasion and we’ll come back with a tailored proposal. The full set menu, with all four options and the build-your-own combinations, is under Groups (12–30) above. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy needs are fully catered with final numbers.

We don’t run fixed-hour drinks packages. Instead you choose a tier — which sets what your guests can order freely at the bar — and a limit you nominate in advance. Everything is rung in at normal menu price and charged on consumption, so you pay for what was actually poured.

Why not a timed package? A three-hour package charges every guest the same whether they drank six glasses or one, and it puts your bar on a clock in the middle of your night. A tab is simply our bar and cellar list at normal menu prices, with a ceiling you control. All beverage service is provided under our licence and our responsible service of alcohol obligations.

Rather than a fixed hire fee, most of our events run on a minimum spend — a total food-and-beverage commitment for your booking. Reach it with your chosen packages and there’s no separate hire charge.

Minimum spends vary by date and season and are confirmed in your quote — peak Christmas dates and Saturdays sit at the higher end, while smaller semi-private bookings can often run with no minimum spend at all. Complimentary parking, a dedicated event contact and standard AV come with every function.
